Oxbridge interview preparation is £55 to £90 an hour, and you see the rate before you book.
There is no single Elysian rate any more. Each tutor chooses their hourly rate inside a band we publish for that level, and the rate on their profile is the rate you pay.

A more experienced tutor, or one in high demand, will sit towards the top of their band. The band is a floor and a ceiling we enforce, not a suggestion. A tutor cannot price outside it.
What you pay
The hourly rate on the tutor’s profile, per 60-minute lesson. No booking fee, no registration fee, no subscription, and nothing auto-renews. You pay for a lesson when you book it.
The rate on the profile is the whole cost of the lesson. There is no booking fee and nothing is added at checkout.
What is included
The written lesson report, scheduling and rebooking, in-platform messaging with your tutor, and support from a real person at Elysian with no call centre in between.
If it is not right
Your first lesson with a new tutor is guaranteed: tell us within 48 hours and our staff will review it; where the claim is upheld we refund it in full. After that, cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and you are refunded in full; cancel with less notice and half the lesson is refunded. You can move a lesson up to twice, with at least 24 hours’ notice, to a slot within 28 days of the original time.
Prefer us to choose?
Tell us what your child needs and we will propose a screened tutor, at that tutor’s own rate. You pay only after you confirm the match.
You pay when you book, and the tutor is paid after the lesson.
Card payment is handled by Stripe. Elysian never sees or stores your card details. The money is held when you book and released to the tutor once the lesson has been delivered, which is what makes the guarantee and the refund policy possible.
Booking a lesson means you accept our terms. ELEVATEOS EDUCATION LIMITED is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the rate you see.
