An enhanced DBS check, the enhanced-level check used in the UK for people working with children, is completed and verified before a tutor takes a single lesson.
Every tutor is interviewed by us in person. We do not accept self-listed tutors from an open marketplace.
Each tutor's name, university and DBS status is shown on our site, so you can see who is teaching your child.
Tutors never contact students privately. No personal phone numbers, no social media, no messaging off-platform.
All scheduling and messages go through us, and a parent or guardian is copied on everything.
You can ask for any lesson to be recorded, and we will share the recording with you.
